Mr. Somesh Arora is the Firm's founder member and has developed the firm into a reputed litigation and corporate law firms in India. He started his legal practice in 1990 and is very well regarded amongst the counsels for his systematic and aggressive approach. He enjoys a high success rate in arbitration, has several write-ups on key issues involved in arbitration and actively participates in seminars and conferences on the issue. Mr. Arora has also provided for his valuable suggestions in the proposed draft bill of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act. His key areas of practice include: Commercial & Civil laws, Infrastructure & Real Estate laws. Mr. Arora has been an arguing counsel in numerous cases at the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts. He has also been advising several Multi-nationals, Aviation, Finance, Construction and Manufacturing companies and has been extensively involved in drafting a variety of agreements, from all types of business agreements, aircraft leases, joint venture and technical collaboration agreements to commercial contracts and finance agreements. He has also been actively involved in international matters taken up by the American Arbitration Association, the United Kingdom Courts and the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. S.C Pahwa has been into legal practice since 1991 and has vast experience in Insurance Sector. He specializes in advising on Insurance regulations and conduct of general insurance and life assurance business, policy wordings and complex forms of risk transfer, and litigation and arbitration of insurance and reinsurance disputes. He has been arguing matters before the National Commission and Supreme Court on his specialized areas. He has been speaking in workshops on legal risk management all over the country. He is active on social welfare laws and labour laws, and has advised various institutions in framing their policies. He also has vast experience in human resources structuring in large organizations. He is actively involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution especially in Mediation on industrial and labour issues.

• Mr. S.C. Chakravarty [ LL.B ] is a Government Senior Counsel practicing before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi since 1986 and is a specialist on Constitutional Laws particularly to writs and revenue related matters. He advises Legal Ally on various matters being conducted before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and various High Courts.
• Mr. Nitin Bhardwaj [M.A. LL.B] is an Advocate on Record (AoR) of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and has been practicing law since 1998. His main area of practice include property, Constitution, Consumer, Rent Control, Criminal Laws, Negotiable Instruments, Land Acquisition, Contracts and Company Laws. He is also involved in Alternative Dispute Redressal mechanisms especially Arbitration and Mediation and is well renowned in Commercial Arbitration.
• Mr. Hari Prakash [ LL.B ] is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi is an expert in Labour Laws and Industrial Disputes. He is regularly appearing in contentious matters before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court
• Ms. Rashmi Gulati [ LL.B ] is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has been practicing before the High Court of Delhi on both original and appellate Jurisdictions since 1986. Her main practice areas include Criminal Law and alternative dispute resolution.
