Robin Chacko

Robin Chacko is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University- Gandhinagar (Gujarat) with a B.Sc LL.B (Hons) and is presently the Lead Member of the Corporate Legal Division team of Legal Ally. He has experience in handling a range of contentious and transactional matters for the Firm. His past experience include regular appearances before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat. He has also represented Legal Ally in cases before Taxation Tribunals, TDSAT, the Delhi High Court, various District Courts and Arbitration Tribunals as a litigation practitioner.

Robin is presently involved in transactional structuring for Corporate & Project Finance deals, General Corporate Advisory and Consultancy, Indirect Taxation, International Trade and Legal Risk Analysis on various issues. He also routinely conducts training sessions to management teams of various Clients on handling sector specific legal issues.

Kanika Juyal 

Kanika is an Associate in the Corporate Legal Division of the Firm with over 2 years of experience in successfully practising corporate and commercial laws. Kanika’s experience has majorly been in advising companies on foreign investment, arbitration and conciliation laws, asset finance, labour laws, and other general corporate advising. She has been extensively involved in various commercial transactions from the deals’ structuring and negotiations, to drafting the relevant documentation, and has worked on diverse business sectors ranging from IT/ITES, airlines and pharmaceutical sector to power and financial services sector.

Neeti Verma   

An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Neeti has diversified experience as a Company Secretary and has core competence in dealing with issues with regard to the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange and Management Act (FEMA), the Security and Exchange Board of India Act (SEBI), etc. She is experienced in Corporate Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Incorporation of companies/LLPs, Registrations and Licensing and other IPR related compliances. She has also served and continues to serve as an advisor to the Board of Directors of a number of listed and unlisted companies in India.

She has experience in dealing with various regulatory authorities in India like the Registrar of Companies (ROC), the Regional Director (RD), the Company Law Board (CLB), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB).
